This Privacy Policy describes how San Digital ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Sling Jump Pro (the "Game").

• Nickname / Username: A display name you choose voluntarily, stored to show your score on the global leaderboard.
• Game scores and progress: High scores and gameplay statistics stored locally on your device and/or in our leaderboard database.
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics events (e.g., game started, boss defeated, level reached) collected via Firebase Analytics to help us improve the Game.
• Advertising data: Mobile advertising identifiers (GAID/IDFA) used by our advertising partners to serve relevant ads.
• Purchase information: If you make in-app purchases, payment is processed by Google Play. We do not store payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Display your nickname and score on the global leaderboard.
• Analyze gameplay patterns to improve game balance and features.
• Show advertisements to support the free version of the Game.
• Process in-app purchases and restore purchases.

3. Third-Party Services

The Game uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:

4. Data Retention

Leaderboard entries are retained as long as the Game service is active. You may request deletion of your leaderboard entry at any time by contacting us. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Firebase's default settings.

5. Children's Privacy

Sling Jump Pro is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email below.

8. Advertising and Opt-Out

You can opt out of interest-based advertising by visiting your device settings (Android: Google Settings → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization). Purchasing the VIP subscription removes all ads.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
